A solutions-oriented technical consultant and innovator with expertise in Business Rules Approaches, Relational Database Tools technology and Reporting Information Systems with over 32 years experience in IT.

 

Business Rules Experience:

• Frequent Contributer to BPM Institute - BR Bulletin.
• Co-Chairperson of COOUG Business Rules SIG. Member of advisory committee for organizing Business Rules SIG.
• Speaker at Business Rules Forum 2004 Conference.
• Attended Business Rules Forum 2003, 2004, 2005 Conferences.
• Attended Connecticut Object Oriented User Group (COOUG) meetings - Business Rules sessions 2003 and 2004.
• Consulted on formation of a Business Rules Development Practice and associated services for a technology consulting company. Developed website for practice. Established internal web sites for information sharing. Participating in national survey on best practices for business rules implementation as technical consultant . Created content for external website.
• Consulted on multiple Business Rules projects at a major financial services company: implemented Business Rule Management, Rules Methodology, and Rules Maintenance processes for both business and IT, performed business rules research and knowledge sharing, co-managed third party assessment of Business Rules Services vision, completed reporting aspect of Business rule proof-of-concept, coordinated business rule operational and management reporting with Data Warehouse services.
• Beta tester of Blaze Business Rules RUP plug-in.
• Completed Blaze Application Developers Training - 2001
